  At $155 for a motel room - Highly overpriced for accommodations offered. Bedding was changed only on one of the beds. The other bed had blood stains on pillow cases and sheets. Got yelled at by the keeper for bothering at 10.45, though front desk informed us during check in that the office stays open till 11. Was told should have checked the beds when checked in and not waited for so long. Who does that?!

  The hotel is located in a good part of town, close to many of the sfo Attractions. The Muni bus stop is a block away. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed here 3 nights and parking was not an issue at all. Free parking in sfo is a great perk.

  Liked the nearness of quirky shops and outlets on Orchard and alsothe pizza restaurant next door but otherwise the hotel was adequate for a very short stay.

  The hotel seemed 'seedy'. Thankfully we only needed it to sleep in.

  Friendly, helpful staff. Location. Within walking distance there were a number of restaurants. On a bus line to the wharf. The building is old but don't let that change your mind. Very comfy and centrally located. Will stay again. And a good price.

  nothing.overpriced loud and the bed smelled like animal feces . would never stay there again.very dissapointed. cant believe i wasted over 200 dollars on 1 nite stay.avoid at all cost. go closer to fishermanswarf and spend the same for alot better room.

  I was right on Lomard Street - it is a very busy street - I did not have a problem - but noisy with street traffic

  Location is good, not perfect, but good. 35-40 minutes by foot and you are in fisherman's wharf. Everything other - like in every hotel of that kind, clean and rather comfortable. the most valuable thing in each big city, if you are travelling by car - you can park your car on the territory for free.

  Room rates in San Francisco are very high. For us, this hotel was also expensive but has still a high price/performance ratio. It has enough park places and parking is free. Wireless internet access is also included in the room price. The guy at the reservation was also very helpful. The only bad thing about the hotel was that there was no breakfast included in the price.

  pleasant staff, and cleanliness of rooms was above expected, beds are great too.

  squeaky floors from above (ceiling makes spooky noise from time to time)
